Sept. 6, 2018 : It's 10 a.m. I am drinking a cup of cold coffee with coconut milk. Because, I feel like a veritable pile of poo. I have not eaten anything since around 6 p.m or maybe 7 p.m. of last night. I hadn't dranken anything since I am not sure when until I started on this cup of coffee.
I can feel the mucous in my head loosening up. I am not hungry. I am tired and swollen feeling and I can feel the diatomaceous earth I had last scraping merrily along inside me. Presumably, some of that feeling is the pizza that I ate the other day, which I shouldn't have, pretending it will stop wreaking havoc in my innards and leave, at some point.
That's about it for excitement, so far.
Sept. 7, 2018 It's 5:54 a.m. Approx. 36 hours in. Nothing to report, really, but, I still will do. Last night, a little after the 24 hour mark (even if that really might be 7 p.m. and not 6 p.m.) I got a little fluttery feeling.
I've had odd moments of thick mucous coming out of my head or needing to cough and having to spit afterward. Just tiny amounts so far, though.
Pretty sure my waistline has gotten smaller. When I measured it the first time it said 43"or so. I measured it again and it said 42" Honestly, when you don't have that much waistline and you do have a crooked back, it is hard to be sure you got the right place and that the tape measure is straight. It feels smaller, though.
Almost got up, threw on some clothes and went for a walk. It was the bra that stopped me. I just couldn't cope with wearing it, yet.
No b.m.'s yet. Well, maybe I had one yesterday. If so, I don't remember it. So, nothing big, scary, too wet, too dry, mucousy, painful or otherwise weird. I have peed a LOT>
That's all for now.
And, as direct as I saved this and started something else, there I had to hurry to the bathroom. It wasn't as bad as diarrhea, but, it was a surprise. Which reminded me that I did have a b.m. super early yesterday morning, as well. None after that, though.
10:38 a.m.: Approx. 39.5/40.5 hours in. Just got back from a short walk. It was approx. 1 mile total (according to some map or another online). When I was about 0.5 miles in, I had a wild bodily urge to spray things out my rear end. I managed to hold it in, get done what I needed to, and, get home, though.
It was really oily and mostly see through, but, yellow, and, some caramel colored thicker bits of weirdness. I was also covered in a sudden and oily sweat that lasted until I got home and washed it off, some, and, got cooler.
12:12 p.m. - The problem with fasting is that it gives you so much more time to do things while taking away so many things that you are used to doing.
I've had a long day, already. Not onerously long, but, long. And, it is noon, aka: lunch time. Well, the good thing about this is that I am typing faster and my brain seems to have come back, so, I am getting some things done. Mostly, the going through the Allergy-Free COOKBOOK, but, hey! Maybe I'll get other things done, too, along the way.
3:45 pm: 45 hr 45 m in. Did I add that right? Anyway, this is the end of round one. I let myself be enticed by a small pecan pie. I'm going to go ahead and eat a chicken sandwich with tomato and spinach and sauteed (blackened) onions, too.
