Matthew 1:24-25:

 NIV:
24 When Joseph woke up, he did what the angel of the Lord had commanded him and took Mary home as his wife. 25 But he did not consummate their marriage until she gave birth to a son. And he gave him the name Jesus.

NCB:

RSVCE:

WYC:

Short, but, sweet (probably, pun intended)

The Fruit Based Raw Vegan Diet: A Magical Cure For Everything?

Romans 14:2 One man has faith to eat everything, but the man who is weak eats only vegetables.

I agree with the video and this quote, above, from the Bible is part of why I agree with it. Mostly, it makes sense. If you cannot handle the more complicated stuff, go further back to the elementary things- either incrementally, if necessary, or, in one big leap to where you need to be.

The elementary things, as regards diet, incrementally, are to practice better food combining techniques, eating less often, working on eating better food more often than eating the worse"foods".
But, in the one big leap, the elementary things are to not eat, to eat fruit, or, to eat fruit or greens.
.
Follow the eating of man backwards in the Bible and it goes like this, more or less:

Everything animal, fowl, fish or plant is okay, so long as you can handle it.

Simple meals, such as a little fish and some bread, or mono meals of just grain, or whatever else is simple but gets the job done is great. Better food is pleasurable and desirable and should be enjoyed, sometimes, but, it is not always necessary and sometimes get in the way of what is important.

Animals, fowl, fish are okay, but, don't eat scavengers.

Animals are okay, because, times have changed

Green vegetation is food for all.

Eat fruit to satisfaction.

What the man said in the video goes along with this and with some of the ideas from the Allergy-Free COOKBOOK.

That is all.

I hope you are having a lovely day!
